2 cups uncooked instant rice
2 cups chicken broth (1 can)
1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 oz) can Rotel mild tomatoes and green chilies
1 tsp chili powder
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubby. Top with the cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
