8 (5 oz) salmon Filets
2 cloves garlic, minced
cup peanut oil
1 tsp ground Ginger
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp onions, chopped
tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp brown sugar

Wash and pat dry the Salmon. Place it in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish. (or ziplock bag)
In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Whisk together well and pour over the Salmon. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare an outdoor grill with the grate 5 from coals. Lightly oil the grate (OR lightly oil a fish basket). Grill the Salmon approximately 7-8 minutes for each inch of thickness at the thickest part turning over halfway through the cooking process. You may pour some of the marinade on the fish when you turn it over. Discard the unused marinade.
