Ingredients:
8 (5 oz) salmon Filets
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup peanut oil
1 ½ tsp ground Ginger
4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp onions, chopped
½ tsp kosher salt
3 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and pat dry the Salmon. Place it in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish. (or ziplock bag)
In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Whisk together well and pour over the Salmon. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. Prepare an outdoor grill with the grate 5” from coals. Lightly oil the grate (OR lightly oil a fish basket). Grill the Salmon approximately 7-8 minutes for each inch of thickness at the thickest part – turning over halfway through the cooking process. You may pour some of the marinade on the fish when you turn it over. Discard the unused marinade.
