2 lbs shrimp
1/2 cup dry sherry (optional)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Lemon wedges (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Arrange in shallow glass baking dish. In a bowl, combine sherry, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika and cayenne pepper. Pour over shrimp. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally. Place shrimp in large skillet with marinade. Cook on medium heat until done, stirring occasionally. Remove shrimp from marinade and arrange on serving platter. Serve with lemon
wedges. Optional serving suggestion: Can be served on top of rice for a shrimp and rice dinner.
