Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 lbs Hamburger
1 jar marinara sauce (whatever you like)
Oregano to taste
Basil to taste
Pepper to taste
8 lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small container low fat cottage cheese
9 X 13 pan

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain fat. Add sauce and spices to taste (I normally add approximately 1 tsp of each). Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Soften the lasagna noodles in hot water. You do not have to cook them thoroughly because they will soak up liquids from the melting cheeses. When the noodles are softened and the meat done, you can start to build:
First layer: 4 lasagna noodles, 1/2 the meat mixture, a layer of cottage cheese, half the cheddar and mozzarella.Second layer: 4 lasagna noodles, rest of meat, rest of cheese. Cook at 325 degree for about 45 minutes. You may have to adjust the temperature or time depending on your oven. When top is slightly browned take out and let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
