2 oz beer per person
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 garlic clove, minced
8 oz cheddar cheese, favorite varieties
1 T flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T Worcestershire
1 oz heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the cheese and season with a touch of salt and pepper. Add the garlic, mustard powder and beer to a small saucepan over low heat. Warm to a very low simmer and whisk in the cheese slowly. Do not add additional cheese until all of the cheese has blended. Add the heavy cream and whisk into the cheese until well blended. Finish with the Worcestershire sauce. Add to the fondue pot over low flame.
