5 large baking potatoes
4 T. butter
1/2 c. flour
7 c. milk
1 bunch green onions
1/2 lb. fried turkey bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until tender (can do in microwave). Cool, peel, and chop into small pieces. Melt butter in large pot and stir in flour to make paste. Slowly whisk in milk over medium heat, bring to almost boiling. Add potatoes, green onions, and bacon. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Heat through until cheese is melted and soup is warm.
