12oz. fresh or frozen shrimp (shell removed).
1/4 cup butter.
2 cups. chopped fresh broccoli.
1/4 cup chopped celery.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet heat half of the butter over medium heat.
Add broccoli and celery and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring often. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet heat remaining butter over medium heat.
Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink, stirring often.
Return vegetable mixture to the skilled and stir in lemon juice. Toss one more time and serve.
