1 C Sugar
3 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp of any flavor Jell-O
1 C water
1 qt of fresh berries (option: strawberry,
blueberry, blackberry,ect)
1 lg angel food cake
Custard:
8oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12oz whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
In pan whisk sugar and cornstarch to make sure lumps are gone. Then add Jell-O and water, put on heat and stir constantly until thickened. Set aside and let cool. Then add the berries. Whip cream cheese and milk until creamed and then fold in whipped cream by hand. Cut cake in half, then take one half and break in pieces in put in a bowl. Layer 1/2 custard mixture then 1/2 berry mixture and repeat. Then garnish with cool whip and a few fresh berries.
