2/3 c. shortening (1/3 c. butter and 1/3 c. Crisco)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. or equivalent to 3 mashed over-ripe bananas
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add mashed bananas. Add dry ingredients. Then bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done. Remember to grease loaf pan.
