2 Large cans crushed pineapple, drained
2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
6 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup sugar


2 tubes Ritz crackers- crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients well- put in bottom of greased 8 inch rectangular baking dish- set aside.

Mix crackers with butter until all crackers are covered. Spread on top of pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Great served warm.
