2 T. Butter
1 T. Cornstarch
C. Sugar
3/8 C. Water
Add t. Vanilla
4 large Granny Smith apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the first 5 ingredients until a thick sauce forms. Peel and dice 4 large Granny Smith Apples. Place in 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Add Thickened Sauce and mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
