1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 med onion, chopped fine
2 Tbs. oil
1 t. salt
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 t. vinegar
2 t. dry mustard
1-16oz can kidney beans, drained
2 small cans pork and beans
l lg can chunk pineapple (save 1/2 c. for top)

Mix beef, onion, and salt. Roll meat into small balls and fry in oil until brown . Add to meat: catsup, water, sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. In large casserole, place both beans and pineapple chunks. Add meatballs and rest of pineapple. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 min.
