4 walleye fillets, steamed and cooled
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 large onion, chopped
5 garlic dill spears, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, celery, onion, pickles, green pepper, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
Flake the walleye and ford it into mayonnaise mixture. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Serve on bed of field greens or a croissant.
