3 c. flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
11/2 c. Crisco
1 egg
2 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and Crisco until mixture looks like meal. Set aside. In another bowl, beat together egg, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture. Using fork, mix until just blended. (Do not overwork).

Makes one (10-inch) double piecrust
