1 cp flour
1/2 cp margarine
1/4 cp white sugar

TOPPING
3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 cp. white sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp. icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat ove to 325.

1. Mix ingredients together until crumbly. Press into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

2. For topping - In bowl, mix lemon juice with remaining ingrediants, except icing sugar.

3. Pour topping mixing over baked base. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until nearly set. (if it wiggles when you shake pan, its not done).

4. Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
