1 c. whole almonds
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet; combine almonds, sugar, and butter. Cook, over medium heat, stirring constantly, till almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Spread nuts on sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Cool; then break into 2-or 3-nuts clusters with forks.
