1. mix one can salmon and one can black beans in a sauce pan and heat on medium heat 2. Add several glugs of Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic sauce (this is what makes it so good) or use taco seasoning.

3. Fill hard or soft shells and top with your favorite toppings. I like cheddar and fresh salsa with mine. You can buy the sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings and I think at some supermarkets
