9 large Potatoes peeled 1- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 2 tbsp. onion salt 1 tsp salt pinch pepper 2 tbsp. margarine 1 c. sour cream
Cook potatoes and mash; beat with a mixer and beat in remaining ingredients until light and fluffy. Place in a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with croutons. Refrigerate. Remove 1 hr before baking and bake @ 350º x 60 mins. *Can be made 5 days ahead of time. *Add extra potatoes if too rich
