˝ roll Sausage
1 cup Celery (thinly sliced)
˝ cup Bell Peppers, [Red, yellow & green (diced)]
˝ cup Onion, chopped
˝ cup Red Onion, chopped
1 cup Regular Long Grain Rice
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Bay Leaves
˝ tsp. Cumin
˝ tsp. Dry Mustard
˝ tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Dash Seasoned Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a skillet fry sausage and break up into small pieces.

2. Add chopped vegetables and rice lightly sauté.

3. Add bay leaves, seasoning and chicken broth, cover and cook on low heat about 20 minutes or until rice is done.

4. Season to taste with seasoned salt, pepper.
