2 cans pink salmon
2 eggs, divided
Dash Worcestershire
Sleeve crackers (saltine or other), crushed

Directions:
From GT's recipe: Pour liquid off salmon. Pick out bones (please). Stir in egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into salmon mixture. A couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, if you have it. Shape into patties and roll in cracker crumbs. Fry in grease until brown.
