4 c. flour
1 tabs. sugar
2 TSR. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tabs. white or apple cider vinegar
1 large egg
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in large bowl. Add room temperature shortening, crumble with fork. In small bowl beat water, vinegar and egg. Mix egg mixture into dry ingredients. Divide dough into 5 portions, shape into round and poly wrap. Chill 1/2 hour before using.
