1-pkg. of lean ground beef
1-pkg. of taco seasoning
1-can tomato paste (Optional)
1-2 tomatoes, diced
1-small onion, chopped)
1/2 can of black olives, chopped (Option
1-bag grated nacho cheese
Nachos
Chili powder (Optional)
Hot peppers (On the side)
Sour cream (On the side)
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1, Fry ground beef with onion and tomato paste (optional). Drain meat and add seasoning to meat.
2. Place a row of nachos on a microwave plate. Alternate nachos, tomatoes, black olives (optional),and cheese. I usually make 2-3 rows. It depends on the company you are having.
3. Microwave until cheese is melted.
4. Serve with sour cream, salsa and hot peppers (optional) on the side.
