LINE A COOKIE SHEET WITH FOIL THEN PLACE ON FOIL SODA SALTINE CRACKERS (APPROXIMATELY 40)
MIX 1 CUP BUTTER (NOT OLEO) AND 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR. BOIL 3 MINUTES EXACTLY, POUR CAREFULLY OVER CRACKERS AND SPREAD EVENLY.
BAKE AT 400 FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRACKERS FLOAT.
IMMEDIATELY TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND SPRINKLE WITH 2 CUPS (1 LARGE PACKAGE) OF WHITE CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER, BUTTERSCOTCH OR CHOCOLATE MORSEL BITS. WHICH EVER YOU PREFER.
SPREAD WHEN MELTED. WAIT ABOUT A MINUTE
CUT WHILE WARM.
SPRINKLE WITH NUTS IF DESIRED.
