1 large can of white chicken breast
1 can cr chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes drained
1/2 medium onion chopped
sliced or shredded Velveta cheese
1 chicken boullion cube
1 cup water
corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix chicken, soup, rotel tomatoes and onion together in a large bowl.
Heat water with boullion cube until completely dissolved.
Dip corn tortillas in broth and line bottom of corning ware dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Spread chicken mixture on top
Top with sliced or shredded Velveta cheese
Repeat layers with tortillas, chicken and cheese
Bake at 350º covered for 30-40 minutes until all is bubbly

If you like it less spicy, use 1/2 can of rotel or use mild.
You can double this recipe very easily by just doing 2 of everything except rotel and using a bigger corning dish.
