First Layer:
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbl cornstarch
Second Layer:
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
On medium heat cook sugar cornstarch and pineapple until thick.
Put in bottom of unbaked pie shell
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs salt and vanilla until creamy.
Pour on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes
Turn oven down to 325º and bake an addl 40-45 minutes
Top will be slightly brown
