1 package of Fresh Spinach
Kalamata olives
Pine nuts
Tomato
oil/red wine vinegar
salt/pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut kalamata olives length wise, chop tomato (discarding seeds and liquid).

Add spinach to a large bowl, add pine nuts, olives and tomatoes.

In a separate bowl add oil/vinegar, and mix together. Then add salt and pepper and mix. Season to taste. Pour over salad.
