1/2 med Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 T Olive Oil
2 T Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Cumin
2 med Jalapeņos, seeded and diced
1 lg Zucchini, chopped
2 lg Carrots, chopped
1 lg Green Pepper, chopped
15 oz Kidney Beans, drained
28 oz diced Tomatoes
15 oz Garbanzo Beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. add the chili powder, basil, oregano and cumin and stir. Add the jalapeņos, zucchini, carrots and green pepper and slightly brown. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the carrots are tender.

This recipe also tastes good with 1/2 bag of cooked noodles added at the end.
