Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of bucatini (thick, hollow spaghetti)
1 pound of ground sausage
1 pound of turkey
1 purple onion
1 red pepper
1 package of diced crimini mushrooms
3/4 cup of fresh spinach
1 can of diced stewed tomatoes
1 large can of tomato basil spaghetti sauce
4 cloves of garlic
kalamata olives
salt/pepper
Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Add water to a pot and start to boil. When water is boiling add salt and then pasta. Cook till noodles are soft. 10-12 minutes. Then drain.

You need to have a large deep skillet to cook this dish. Start by browning turkey and Sausage. While the meat is cooking start dicing your onion, red pepper and olives. Dice garlic. When the meat is finished put into a different bowl and allow to sit. Put garlic in pan and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes then add onion and red pepper. Allow to cook for 5-7 minutes then add mushrooms. While your vegetables are cooking add Italian seasoning to them and keep sautéing. After the vegetable are cooked add in diced tomatoes, olives and spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add meat and spaghetti sauce. Allow to cook for 10 or so more minutes. At this point add salt and pepper and more Italian seasoning if desired.

You can add the noodles to the pasta if you like but I usually do not have room in my pan so I dish the noodles and the sauce individually, this allows people to take more sauce or noodles.

Personal Notes:
This is by far my most favorite dish. It comes from my love of vegetable's and pasta. You can add what ever you want to this dish or take out any ingredients you do not like. I like to cook this spaghetti with hot Italian sausage and add red pepper flakes to it, I like it really spicy but my husband does not so usually I add the red pepper flakes to my dish individually. Hope you enjoy.
