8 new potatoes
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup bacon pieces
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2.Boil the potatoes until soft. You should be able to push a fork all the way through.
3.Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
4.Break each potato into 4 sections and place in the casserole dish.
5.Add the ranch dressing to the milk and mix.
6.Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
7.Add the cup cheese and bacon pieces and mix.
8.Top with the remaining cheese.
9.Place is preheated oven and bake uncovered.
10. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
