4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate 2 14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk 1 qt. light cream water 2 T. vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 15 lbs. crushed ice 15 lbs. ice cream salt 1 4 oz. package German sweet chocolate pounded into fine pieces.
Melt chocolate, stir in condensed milk- cool over boiling water (double boiler) 5 min. pour into large bowl to cool Into cooled chocolate mixer- blend light cream little at a time, when smooth, blend in 2 cups water, then vanilla, salt and cinnamon. After 15 min. add broken chocolate.
