2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to eggs and beat until light. Add sugar, flour, and milk and beat until smooth. Melt butter in pan with sloped sides (like frying pan) and pour in batter. Place in hot oven, 450 - 475, for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to moderate (350) oven and bake until surface begins to brown, about 15-20 min.
