1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup butter milk or sour milk
2 cups chopped rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cinnamon sugar. Pour in greased 9”X13” pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.

Note: You can make sour milk by adding 2 Tbsp vinegar to a cup of milk.
