1 stick butter
1 lb pecans
1 cup sugar
2 unbeaten egg whites
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Melt butter in 10x15 jelly roll pan. Mix egg, sugar and salt in large bowl. Stir in pecans and coat well. Spread onto melted butter. Bake for 50 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
