3 eggs
1 ¼ cups of oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 jar (4 ½ to 4 ¾ oz) each of baby food: carrots, strained applesauce and apricots
2 cups of white sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Frosting

1 3oz pkg cream cheese
2 ¼ cups of powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well until they are lemon colored. Add oil and beat. Add sugar and mix. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Add 3 jars of baby food. Pour into ungreased 11x15 jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Cool completely before frosting.

Frosting:

Mix all ingredients till smooth. If mixture is too thick add small amounts of milk till well blended and smooth.
