Crust:
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup melted butter
4 tablespoons sugar

Filling
8 cups of peeled and sliced apples( I use macintosh or ida reds)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
cinnamon to taste

Top:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crust and pat into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Mix the filling and put on top of the crust.
Mix with topping with a pastry blender or fork and crumble on top of apples and bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
