1/2 cup of butter
1 1/4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups of rice cereal
1 1/3 cups of flaked coconut
1 cup of raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preset oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter for 30 seconds.  Add half the flour, sugars, egg, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda.  Beat till thoroughly combined.  Beat in the remaining flour.  Stir in rice cereal, coconut, and raisins.  Drop rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 8 minutes or until done.  Cool on cookie rack.  Makes about 54 cookies.
