2 3/4 c. butter, melted and cooked
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
6 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Beat first five ingredients until very creamy. Combine flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Add to sugar mixture, stirring until incorporated. Bake for 22 min., rotating pans once.
