6 C popped corn (Old Dutch white popcorn)
1 C diced celery
1 C sliced water chestnuts
1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C sliced green onion
1 lb. bacon diced and fried crisp
1 C Kraft Mayonnaise

Directions:
Mix all but bacon & popcorn. Just before serving mix in bacon and popcorn.
