2 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
3/4 C hot pepper sauce (like Frands Red Hot)
1 C Ranch Dressing
2 C diced cooked chicken
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Microwave until melted and hot.

Less effort- use only 1 pkg cream cheese and half the cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Can also use one can of chicken (size of a tuna can), shredded with a fork. Just a few dashes of pepper sauce (to individual taste).
