5 medium potatoes peeled cubed 2 celery ribs sliced 2 carrots peeled sliced 1 med onion diced 4 c chicken stock 1/4 c butter 1/2 c flour 4 c milk 8 oz Velveeta Cheese cubed
Cook veggies in broth until tender. In a medium saucepan melt butter add flour at once stir until blended add milk and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add to broth and vegetables.
