6 med. size potatoes, pared and sliced
1 large onion, peeled & sliced
4 med. size carrots, peeled & sliced
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz)
1 can carnation evaporated milk (14 1/2 oz)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the sliced vegetables in layers in a small roaster or baking dish. (I like to layer: potatoes, onions, beef, carrots). Mix soup and evaporated milk over low heat before adding to dish. Add hamburger over vegetables & pour soup mixture over top. Cover & bake 350º for about 1 hours.
