6 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sugar
juice from 1 1/2 oranges
grated rind from 1 orange
2 Rapid Rise yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 c warm milk
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
~Set aside 1 cup flour. Mix remaining flour and other dry ingredients, including yeast, in a large bowl.
~Put grated rind, juice, milk, water and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Heat until butter is melted (about 125ºF to 130ºF).
~Mix hot liquids and beaten eggs into flour mixture and knead. Use reserves flour, as necessary, only for consistency. Knead until dough is no longer sticky.
~Place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise in a warm, dry place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
~Knead again 5 to 10 times. Divide dough into 2 loaves, place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Cover and let rise again, until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours (most likely closer to one).
~Bake at 325º for 40 minutes or until done.
