4 qts. corn (raw)
2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter
1 C. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix gently, cook 20 minutes. Note: it will scorch very easily! If corn is quite ripe, you may have to use more half & half.
Cool and freeze.
