Mix egg and cream cheese. Add cake mix. Beat with mixer until all mix is absorbed (will be very thick). Chill 30 minutes. 1 tsp scoops of batter 350º for 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly brown on top. Cool 1 minute then cool on wire rack.
