1 red onion
1 or 2 Green Peppers (or any color pepper)
1 or 2 firm avocados
1 jalapeņo (optional)
1/2 bunch cilantro (optional)
1 can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can whole corn (rinsed and drained)
2 cans of small diced tomatoes (do not rinse)
1 lime (juiced)
Rice wine vinegar - can be the seasoned kind
Hot sauce
Salt
Pepper
Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all ingredients. Mix vegetables in a large bowl. Add lime juice, cumin or hot sauce for flavor. Add salt and pepper to taste. For the best flavor, allow salsa to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
