1 jar sauerkraut, drained well 4 pkgs. corned beef, cut into sm. pieces 8 - 12 oz. Swiss cheese 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 large bottle Thousand Island dressing Wheat crackers
Mix sauerkraut and corned beef. Put in crock pot. Mix Swiss cheese and cream cheese, and microwave to soften and blend together. Add 1/4 of large bottle of Thousand Island dressing. Pour over kraut mixture. Put in crock pot on low. Serve with wheat crackers.
