1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBL olive or vegetable oil
1 TBL dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 med red potato

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, oil, basil and garlic powder. Cut potatoes into 1/4-in. sticks. Add to cheese mixture; toss to coat. Place in a 15-in x 10-in x in baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; turn potatoes. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until crisp and tender. 4 Servings.

One serving - 162 calories, 5g fat, 3g fiber

* Try spraying potatoes with nonstick cooking spray and eliminate oil in cheese mixture. This will drop 30 calories and 3 g fat per serving.
