Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1 bottle low sodium soy sauce
1 pkg bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for a minimum of three hours, stirring occasionally.
Cut package of bacon width-wise. Wrap each water chestnut with a slice bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, drain on paper towel. Refrigerate.
To reheat, bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
*Note, results are better if chestnuts are soaked overnight, baked in the morning, and reheated in the evening just before serving. It gives the flavors time to blend.
