1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 T. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 T. melted butter
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in butter. Combine egg, milk, and vanilla, and add to dry ingredients. Beat until combined. Spread half in 8 inch greased pan. Cover with remaining batter and remaining topping. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
