6 hardboiled eggs, peeled
3 Tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing
½ tsp ground mustard
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and mash in a bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill eggwhites with yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Sprinkle paprika over egg yolk or add 1 Tblsp paprika to yolk mixture.
